Parve, Kosher l'Pesach
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
4 Whole Eggs (Lightly Beaten)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well until combined. Pour into loaf pan that is either lined or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a 350 degree (Fahrenheit) oven for approximately 35 minutes.
