Ingredients
6 oz. Raspberries
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Combine Raspberries, Water, Sugar, and Lemon Juice in a small saucepan.
Mash berries while cooking over medium heat. Cook until sauce appears foamy, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool.
NB: The Sauce thickens as it cools.
