Ingredients:
4 Cups Fresh Mint Leaves (loosely packed)
1/3 Cup Hazelnuts
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Ground Sumac
Salt to taste (between 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon)
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in bowl of food processor. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Adjust salt and garlic to taste.
