Ingredients:
2 Parts Rosemary Simple Syrup (recipe follows)
2 Parts Lemon Juice
3 Parts Water
3 Parts Black Tea
3 Parts Vodka
Splash of Cointreau (about 1/6-1/4 of a part)
Instructions:
Begin by making the Rosemary Simple Syrup. Combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat the water until all of the sugar dissolves and the solution is totally clear. Remove from heat and add fresh rosemary. Allow to sit and cool for several hours. (At least 1 hour. The flavor will be better the longer it sits.)
Once the rosemary simple syrup is cool, combine all ingredients, mix well and serve over ice.
NB: For a stronger version, just add more Vodka.
