Ingredients:
8 Vanilla Wafers
3 Apricot Halves (from a can)
1/4 Cup Apricot Juice (from the canned apricots)
1/8 Cup Rum
2 Teaspoons Frangelico
4-5 Ice Cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
NB: For a stronger version, just add more Rum.
